Competence assurance and monitoring:
Not infrequently, for capacity reasons, tasks that actually belong to welding supervision are assigned to other departments or persons, or these tasks are postponed because their execution cannot be regularly inspected by the state. However, it is important to note that the manufacturer must ensure the competence of the welding supervisor. For example, the person who performs a first article inspection (FAI) of a welding assembly should also be able to interpret the scope of a welding procedure qualification, among other things.
With our mobile office at your site:
Often a welding supervision, a meeting or an acceptance is not to be carried out in the factory, but at the site of the construction project or the vehicle repair. For this purpose, we can travel to your project with our mobile office. This allows us to deal with time-efficient, urgent matters directly on site. Also, any missing work samples can be scheduled, welded, inspected and documented directly on site. An assignment in field camp environments or in countries with travel warnings is not excluded. Here, too, we have the necessary experience.
